Wasatch Newfoundlands History

At Wasatch Newfoundlands, we have taken something which started as a family passion for the Newfoundland breed and turned it into a successful breeding business. We breed our animals to have friendly dispositions and fit in seamlessly as incredible family pets. We also specialize in producing pups that end up being awesome therapy, service and water search and rescue dogs! Another one of our passions is rescue and therapy work. I have rescued several horses and Newfoundland dogs. It is the most rewarding feeling to take an unwanted animal, put the proper care and training into it and finding it a forever loving home. It's my dream to someday become a non-profit and do a lot more rescue work. Whether I'm watching my dogs work their magic on troubled youth or putting a smile on the forgotten face at the nursing home, I'm always in awe over the amazing Newfoundland breed!   Since 2010, we have been located in Eagle Mountain, Utah where we live together on our small family farm with our dogs and horses. every dog we sell, we keep track of and will take the dog back at any time! We are committed to our pups for life! We also encourage people to research the breed and welcome questions one might have. Visitors are welcome to schedule an appointment and come meet the dogs and learn more about the breed and program. Newfoundlands are an amazing breed, but just like any other breed they're not for everyone. We breed responsibly and according to the best practices of the trade, which makes us your go-to for your Newfoundland puppy. We are also a good place to find a potential rescue from time to time.
